Wellbeing meeting


Team building activities of stress management lessons, communication workshops, business meetings set in countryside hotels or spa's... all favouring harmony and psychophysical wellbeing.

The daily programme is projected ad hoc on the group objectives foreseen in relaxed moments of individual and collective activities of psychophysical wellbeing: breathing exercises, tai-chi-chuan, yoga lessons, relaxing in hot water, meditation.
