Why Zen?
ZEN calls to a self-aware behaviour, which points to the fundamental, which rises up through the absurd, which breaks the rules…
but it’s also a call to oriental disciplines, to meditation, to the spirit and to inner force.
Other than more standard proposals (creative, leadership, team building) ManagerZen has also developed a series of approaches based on the philosophy of oriental management: a training path which uses Zen, and other disciplines and working contexts in western society and draws on interesting stimuli and instruments for managers and entrepreneurs who must confront a society in continuous change, complex markets, globalisation, competition and stress.
